Why Partner with EquityEditors' Association?EquityEditors' Association is a name that clients can trust as an effective mechanism for generating revenue for global health innovations. Partnering with EEA is free and comes with no requirements beyond a simple payroll deduction for participating EEA editors.
What are the commitments on the part of the partner?
The mechanism is similar to payroll deductions for donations. The partner can either cut a separate check or set up a direct account transfer for the editors so that the portion provided as a donation goes directly to EEA. Each month the partner is also asked to log into their EEA account and enter in the amounts donated by each EEA editor affiliated with their firm. These arethe only requirement for the partnering company; there is absolutely no cost to the partnering company. There is also no requirement on the part of the editing company to retain poor-performing EEA editors; such editors should be fired as with any freelancer.

EEA will continue to recruit top-notch, socially conscious editors and create a brand that clients trust for quality and service. EEA is committed to providing donations only to those beneficiaries who are making a clear, transparent, and effective impact on global health. EEA will continue to publicize our work in the scientific community and in mass media so as to spread our mission and to enhance the reputations of our partnering companies.
How do I know where my social investment is spent?
We require of our beneficiaries that they are open-source, transparent organizations that release to the public their financial and operational details. For more information, see the beneficiaries page.
How does my editing organization become a partner with EEA?
The process of partnering is simple. Any EEA member who is editing for the potential partner will request an automatic percentage deduction from his or her paycheck to EEA. This deduction comes directly out of the EEA editor's paycheck and as such costs nothing to the partner. Once a donation is received on behalf of an EEA editor from the new partner, that partner's name and URL will be placed on the EEA partner page. There is nothing more to the process than that.
